Orders
By placing an order with Raya Fragrance you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.
Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh via courier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Raya Fragrance is not liable for delays caused by the courier service or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raya Fragrance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
